just want to be sleeping, but i need to post this. Today's thing to be happy about?
"La Tire" - when you make maple syrup boil down and then pour it onto fresh, clean snow to make maple candy. I hate maple syrup as a rule, but the stuff we made at school today was so freaking tasty! Wonderful snack this afternoon! We got to roll up our own onto popsicle sticks. Hooray for french canadian culture at my school!
