curiosity labeled the cat
ok. so i know for weeks i've been talking trash about the show THE OC which premiered tonight on Fox...and yet tonight i watched it.
WHY?
i guess i wanted to see how far fetched they put everything...and the "OC" that i know and live in is anything BUT what they showed on tv. the only thing that was accurate was that there is a Fashion Island in Newport Beach and yes there are beaches and wild parties on beaches. but as far as girls fighting over Calvin Klein vs. Vera Wang, and girls dancing in bikinis, people making out EVERYWHERE...i would say based on my experience that's a small percentage of the overall "OC."
sorry. if that's how Hollywood wants to label the "OC" and everyone sitting at home who doesn't live in "this area" is going to believe it...i'd like to say on the record that i live in Lake Forest, California. "OC" will no longer be in a part of my locality.
p.s. who the hell would ever say "This is how we do it in the OC"?
