when you look at other gurls do u just compare yourself to them??do u look at yourself and then sey i have to work on this and i have to work on dat??even though i have a bf who loves me........why can't i just have confidence in myself??i dont want to be cocky or ne thing just have confidence and not put myself down all the tyme i dont want to hurt myself any more........is that asking for to much or sumthing??why am i so self concious??

p.s. no im not looking for any attention i just realli need help. i wanna understand y im so self concious about my body and looks. y can't i just listen to wat people tell me about myself??
