Friday Five!

I've got it on my "to do" list to update this thing, but I don't really feel like it now. So I'm going to do a CSI:NY Friday Five instead.

1 - Which episode have you found the most compelling and why?
Wow, that's tough. I've gotta think alll the way back to season 1. I LOVED Sleight Out of Hand a few weeks ago (for more than just the DL aspect). Hush is always hilarious. On the Job is great. I like The Closer. City of the Dolls is creepy yet interesting. Trapped is always good. And Stealing Home and Heroes are on my favourites list. The most compelling though....I think I'll have to go with Hung Out to Dry. I'm fascinated by the Edoc t-shirts. I still want to buy one.

2 - If you could bring back any recurring character, who would you bring back and why?
Jane Parsons! My favourite DNA person ever. I'm beginning to love Sonya Walger, and I loved Jane's character. Just seeing her pop up whenever Mac needed DNA results (and, even though it's not normally my thing, I liked her and Mac together).

3 - What was the first episode you saw, and why did you keep watching?
I sort of watched the pilot when it first aired, but I didn't get into the show right away. I think the first *full* one that I saw was Zoo York. Because Anna Belknap joined. But then I didn't always catch it. I remember seeing the roof scene in Cool Hunter and going "whaaa?" I really got into it during Charge of the Post though.

4 - Which character do you think you are most like?
That's a good question. I've never really thought about it much. I guess a mix of Hawkes and Lindsay.

5 - What's your opinion on the team working cases they probably should have reccused themselves from (i.e., Stella's shooting Frankie, Danny's possible involvement in an old murder, etc.)?
I think for compelling television, it's a good thing. But if it were real (but c'mon if it were real would we really be this interested?) they probably shouldn't. FYI, Stella didn't work on Frankie's shooting case, she was the victim/witness. And Danny got taken off the Giants Stadium murder as soon as they found out his DNA was on the cigarette. So I'm not sure how to really answer this one, since the examples aren't really examples.
