five years today

Hell-o boys and girls!
So five years ago I walked home from school to find that two airplanes had been highjacked and flown into the World Trade Centre. There was no mention of it at school then and no mention of it today, besides in hum. Back then it meant very little to me, but over the past five years things have changed, and I have changed. It is learning something from the beginning, learning the reasons behind the attacks and fully realizing the effects of them.
Onto other things, school is alright. I find the courses easy! I think my hum assignment last night was the first ever that was done before 10 oclock! Chem is good, an okay subsitute for the lack of math and well science30 is a joke but I am so glad Aaron joined the class, as now we can share the laughs that are laughed in disbelief at comments and attitudes. Testicles was the most over used word today. SASA should be fantastic! I am so very excited! I am almost 100% sure Patrick is game to do stuff this year, so bring it on!
This weekend was spent in Edmonton. My first all girls, no parents event in Canada! Sarah, we are growing up! Sarah and I headed up in her little car and met with Alyssa. AND the three of us slept in the huge king sized bed. I reckon if married couples own one of those they are almost bound to get a divorce. Just an observation.
I throughly enjoyed Derrick's post and photos and it was enjoyed enough to put a shout out to him! And while we are mentioning enjoyable events, convos with Chris are quite entertaining as well!
Remember the beautiful things in life because you never know when they may be taken away!
xo cheers, Kelsie
