I adore the characterisations here. There is so much in this that I'm not sure where to start with. I love that Luna left as she did and that Dean drew her a snorkack to try to win her back. I love that she has that drive to travel (like jkr said in her interview) and I love that she shares a passion for drawing with Dean.

You are by far my favorite Luna/Dean author. Okay, I know that is not saying much, since there are so few of them around. But honestly this was brilliant and lovely and sweet and everything Luna all wrapped up in one.

"Dean. Your first year at school you come home and tell me unicorns are real. Next thing it's centaurs, and Blast-Ended Skrewts, and giants, and God knows what else, and you're telling me there's no room in your philosophy for this Snorkack thing?"

That has been my philosophy all along. Why can't the rest of the magical see this?

Thanks for sharing this fic and would you mind if I did a fic rec and link to it over at the LoonyLions Forum I belong to? It is a H/L forum but there are quite of few people over there warming up to Luna/Dean especially after DH. I think they would really enjoy this.

I'm glad you liked Dean's mom's line there. :) I've always thought it would be amazingly cool if Luna turned out to be right about at least some of her wacky theories!

That was lovely. I loved Luna's reaction to what Dean said, I can't really describe why. Hate it when that happens! ♥

Thank you! :) I think that scene was the first one I came up with for this fic, and it came from some thread on some forum where people were saying Dean would never be able to deal with Luna's weirdness. So I decided to write him having an issue with it briefly and then figure out where they went from there. :)
