The Bates Family Legacy [4.2]
Hey, and welcome back to The Bates Family Legacy! It's been a little while, but I'm excited to get back into the swing of things.
Last time, Hank became an elder and Terry A. Keyes, the hippie-rocker, was introduced to Nora. They made out. Hadley and Andre got married and then when he tried to move in they weren't married anymore. He was married to his ex-wife, and Hadley was just his "romantic interest." Terry moved in and he and Nora got engaged and then married. Terry was way too cute for words. Nora got pregnant. Hadley and Andre got naked.
Anyway, if you recall, Andre was a tattoo artist when the game made him "move" to Twinbrook. Since that came with excessive tattoos, I thought it was high time to get them removed.
While he was there, I thought it best to deal with the wife-issue.
It didn't work out the way I hoped. It only led to a slap fest.
Meanwhile, Hadley stood in the background and did nothing. Like an idiot.
Meanwhile, the slapping escalated to a full-on fight.
Hadley: "Yeah, baby, you go! Take her down!"
He didn't. He lost, instead.
Anyway, across town Terry left work only to find that some pregnant lady had gone into labour in front of the theatre. Naturally her husband and child were there but neither could seem to figure out what to do...
...So Terry took the initiative and drove with her to the hospital, since she obviously wasn't getting help anywhere else.
He's already an awesome father in the making.
Whyyyyyyyyyyyyyy?
(Well, at least there's more room in the house now.)
The impromptu graveyard is starting to get really populated!
Anyway, the death of Nora's grandmother sent her into labour. (Okay, so it was a couple of hours later. Big deal.)
Gorgeous, dear.
The Bates women are nothing if not derpy.
No particular reason for this other than to say that they're my favourite couple. :D

I absolutely didn't age him up immediately after he came home. Why do you ask?
Anyway, Rhys, the first boy since generation two, is a neurotic virtuoso. I didn't write down his favourites (and I probably never will). Whoops!
I can see that there are definite facial changes, thanks to Terry, but he's not exactly the product I was hoping for.
With that in mind, Terry and Nora went back to the drawing board.
I know I do this to virtually every father in my game who holds a baby, but when I say Terry's a fabulous father I really, really mean it.
Anyway, time for a healthy dose of Rhys spam:
I LOVE HIM HE'S TOO CUTE FOR WORDS!

(In other news, Nora's the best-dressed expectant mother I've had in my game to date! She gets all the nicer maternity clothes.)
Birthday time again!
(More time passed in-game than in pictures, I swear. I just didn't take a lot this time around.)
I feel like he might become a divo.
In other news, I think he's starting to look like a child version of Terry. I might've been wrong about him not being exactly what I was looking for. But we'll see.
Terry has started to make this face a lot. I don't know why.
Rhys has taken to fishing like a fish to water.
See what I did there? ;D
These two are almost always together. It's adorable.
And speaking of adorable, Exhibit A. He's the definition of CUTE.
Rhys is also getting right into the science table. He's not as good as Ellie and Ariel were at it; he keeps blowing himself up. I'm starting to get worried that Dee won't be the only premature death.
The ghosts are out tonight!
Even in the afterlife, Dee is always dressed inappropriately for the occasion.
I'm sorry for having way more photos than I should of Terry doing various things (like being cute, being an awesome father to Rhys, being adorable with Nora, etc.) but I basically follow him around with a camera.
Speaking of Terry...he really does this face a lot!

TWO BOYS IN ONE GENERATION? Is this real life, or is it just fantasy?
At any rate, this is Josh Bates (I like to call him "JOSH! UA!" because of Friends). He's brave and clumsy; this should be fun.
I didn't actually get a chance to age him up yet, so you'll see what he actually looks like in the next chapter.
Terry: "Wait a minute...I ordered twins! Where's the other baby?"
He's family-oriented, sadly enough.
