The Bates Family Legacy [3.4]
Yeah, so it definitely hasn't been very long since I last posted; doing the double-update today inspired me to spend the rest of the day playing, and consequently I came up with another double-update. xD Anyway, I'm not going to bother recapping. Let's go!
Welcome to the Bates family compound! I promised you'd get a house tour at some point, so here it is.
This is the entrance/lobby, if you couldn't tell. :P

Ellie & Liang's bedroom.
Ariel & Hank's bedroom, which you've mostly seen.
Speaking of Hank, I decided to change one trait. I did say, during my last failed legacy, that I wasn't going to change the traits of the sims who entered my house as spouses, but I have a reason for getting rid of "commitment issues:" Hank got married, is having kids, and is having no break downs. So the trait seems stupid and pointless. Besides, he's got less time than anyone in the house to finish his LTW, which is work-related, so I wanted to give him an advantage by adding the "workaholic" trait.
TL;DR: I changed a trait of Hank's. Now he's Hank 2.0.
Also, Ariel got a tattoo. Lol, I don't think a heart tattoo counts as "socking it to the man."
I know Ellie & Liang are celebrities, but I don't get why they're constantly called on to dance in clubs; the two of them are past the 80 mark. I doubt they could draw crowds to the club using their presence alone.
But lol, it was funny to watch the two of them, in their martial arts uniforms, getting jiggy with it.

I've got to say, watching Liang play guitar in the park isn't exciting now that he has no abs to show off. Sad day.
Okay, seriously Ariel is the cutest pregnant woman ever. She just made me smile throughout her entire pregnancy.
Also, I've been having her eat a certain food the whole time; I'm looking for a ~certain result.~
Okay, seriously, it scares the crap out of me when she rides a chopper while pregnant. Take a taxi!
Ariel: "Mom, don't forget to sculpt my bump. Are you getting the bump?"
Ellie: "Honey, there's really no way around it."
Hank: "Ellie, I'm a model, sculpt me too!"
Not with that face, kiddo. ;D
Ariel: "I'm an adonis! :D"
World's cutest parents. Why are they so adorable?
(Also, Hank is a better dad-to-be than anyone would expect; all of his wants at this point were about rubbing/listening to/talking to Ariel's stomach.)

Also, lol, she just kept being in labour so I had Liang take her to the hospital since no one else (including her dumb-as-a-post husband) would. He had a "it's a girl!" moodlet for two days. xD
Look at that bump! The baby better hurry up and get here soon.
So I accidentally had Ariel click on the hospital, and she came up with "get medical advice" as one of her options. I was curious, so I had Hank click on it; he got "get therapy" as an option.
Why does he need therapy!?!? No one else in the house has that option!
Oh yeah, and more partnerships/ownerships are happening in the family. I had like 10 other pictures of essentially the same thing, but decided to nix them so that I could keep my (small) readership. :P
