098: hurricane emily is OVERRATED.
so let's see, i'm sitting at home extremely bored becasue nothing around here is open. they boarded up windows YESTERDAY when they should have done it at night - old navy and such looked ridiculous. everything is closed today because they think this hurricane is going to make everyone die.
and its not even raining right now.
honestly in the past years when these hurricanes come, what has really happened? NOTHING, because a hurricane cannot continue on land, all it will do is bring rain and wind like it always does. don't give me crap either, i know the weatherman, if some of you forgot my dad worked at ch. 5 for 20 years, i think hearing this from him is somewhat more logic than the person down the street.
oh yeah and my car is in the shop not being worked on so im stranded that much more at home. sheesh.
