Stupid Girl Pt. II

The stupid girl blindly wades through the ocean
Letting each swelling wave knock away a piece of her.
Smiling as she is constantly abused by the tide, the salt grinding at her skin
Trying to get inside.
She lets the salt in and accepts the sea’s reign over her.
It pulls her downward.
Down into its darkest depths
Until burying her vacuous smile in the sand.
