53 Weeks

Nov 07, 2008 23:50

It's been 53 weeks now since my last entry on here. It's funny to read all of my entries before and see how immature and dumb I sounded. I cannot believe how upset I was that I couldn't go to Mindy's birthday party, which is so ironic now since she's a backstabber along with all my other "friends" in this place. In the past 53 weeks, so much stuff has happened.

1. My dad got a job. This may not seem so significant to you, but to me this has meant a little bit of added peace and happinness. Before this happened, my dad was so miserable all the time. He hates sitting home and feeling like his not contributing to our family. You can totally see the difference in how he was then and is now. He lives and works away Monday thru Friday in Fort Lenardwood, Missori with the Military and he loves it. We get to see him on weekends :).

2. I've gotten sick. Ever since January 8th or so when I went to a Christian convention called Dare 2 Share in St. Louis, I've been really sick. It's been found that I probably have celiac disease like my mom does, I have acid refluc, and some other stomache problems. I've been seeing a doctor an hour away nearly ever week or so and I've had an Emergency Room Visit at our loval town hospital. Thank goodness for "Advanced Healthcare". Ha ha.

3. On November 20th, 2007 I got a boyfriend. He's a year and a half older than me or so and he lives right across the allyway from me. It's kind of weird because my mom and dad were next door neighbors when they met and started dating. Hopefully, if history decides to repeat itself, we can do without a baby at 16, a divorce, and a lot of domestic disturbances. It's been almost a year now and I'm so happy. We've helped each other through a lot of crap and I realize that there is a lot more to come, and you knwo what? I'm O.K. with that.

4. One of my best friends Tim Woods passed away from Leukemia on January 13th, 2008. It was so unexpected and so sudden, we only had a warning of 6 months, he beat doctors expectations by 3 months, though. My strong friend. May he rest in peace in Heaven.

I'm gunna keep this thing more updated because I really have no outlet of where I can voice my opinions and my problems without feeling like a big moron. Until next time, Cya!
