So I havent updated in almost a week or something... I dunno. anyway I hate college basically.
Well the past week has pretty much sucked. Everything with everyone seems to be changing. I hate college, i cant really stand band anymore, people suck. My parents want me to start looking for a different college to go to. I mean I dont want to do that cause I absoutly love some of the people here, and the classes really arent that bad, I just havent been my normal truely happy self since I got here. I think its mostly the fact that it was a dramatic change for me, and I dont deal well with change... or atleast not this much..
Im sorry lately all of my entries have been sad like. Thats just how I am right now. I just want to go home. Which I did last night but it wasnt long enough.
So this weekend was the bands tour. We had 4 performances. Saturday- half time, westmister, and north caroll. Half time was alright, I dropped my flag tho but its ok cause we had just learned that work the same morning, and it was kind hard cause our last song is really fast. So the rest of the day I was relaly stressed and on the move constantly. the bus ride was fun cause we had 3 busses and I got to be on the guard/ drummer bus! So of course it was awesome, i was with the freaking drummers! Theres just something about drummers that is awesome no matter what band youre in. Plus like all of our drummers/cymbol players are hott. Added bonus. Anyway! We got to westmister and itwas like deja vu! Brought back memories.. including some bad ones from last year but either way it was cool to be back. The croud wasnt very good cause not many people were there but the performance was awesome! I caught my quad like no ones business! it was great, and I didnt mess up! So that was hot, then we went to North Caroll... it was awesome to see my brusnwick people but my performance sucked. I was so happy before my rifle part cuase I didnt mess up at all and the croud was AWESOME! But then I tossed my quad... and bam! on the ground. That ruined the rest of my show and I kept messing up. so that sucked. And then at the end everyone was like OMG that was my best performance EVER! And Dr McCoy was saying how awesome we did.. and I was just thinking.. I sucked.. but it always works out that way. So then we drove to York Pennslyvania to stay in the Super 8 motel! WOO HOO! EWWWW is all I have to say! that place was awful! "Tell me 8 super things about this place" haha I love Laura!! So I was tired and hung out with people, took a shower, and went to bed.
Then we performed at the big big big college band thinger in Allentown PA on sunday. That was pretty cool besides the fact before we went on the field we were practicing our quads.. and i caught mine but the rifle swung around and wacked me REALLY hard in the jaw. It still hurts a whole lot. When I went on the field I could barely smile cause my face was so swollen, but I smiled anyway!
So yeah bus rides were awesome, after westminster we sang.. BOHEMIAN RHAPSODY!! Just like in highschool! I was SO happy!! And then we just sang and danced to a ton of other song. Besides that tho I really didnt like it. i was always stressed and hot and sweaty and in pain.. yeah oh well
the rest of this week has been stressful and stuff. I got to watch XFiles today with Ian tho so that was fun. Made me feel better. I think Im gunna actually do some homework now tho.. and I wrote alot.. so bye!
