lost review 4x12 "There's No Place Like Home" (1)
It took me ten minutes and then I was crying. The whole ep was so made of win. It was awesome. Definitely warming up for the finale. pff. I want it now. The finale is going to be amazing, I know it.
001. Beginning
I was actually kind of scared a little at how it would go. I mean, we all saw the flashbacks and we knew they were getting off the island, but still. To see it like that, to see it how they lived it, it was just weird. "They're referring to you as the Oceanic Six." I thought Oceanic would have come up with that, but apparently, the press did. Typical, though. They all looked like shit, btw. I mean, they looked good (except for Kate, what's up with that, she looked rather shitty compared to the others, or was that just me?) but their expressions were like: "Kill me, kthx."
I wonder what happened BEFORE that now. But I guess we all are and we'll just have to wait two more weeks. (yikes)
002. Reunion
Wow. Just speechless I was when I was watching that. I was so beautiful to see. I'm a sucker for goodbyes, but I'm an even greater sucker for reunions, they always make me cry. Even when I see kids running towards each other when they haven't seen each other in a while. Really. But anyways, nice compilation and all. Well, apart from mysticxf, are there any other people who thought Jack's mother was all over him in incestuous ways? Yuk.
And although I expected it, it was so heartbreaking to see Kate standing alone like that. Sure, she had Aaron, but that's not the same. I half expected Jack to go to her and hug her and drag her to his mother, but he didn't. Hurley was awesome, taking Sayid like that, but still. *hugs Kate tight*
003. Jack/Kate
LOLZ! "KATE! WANNA dump the shitheads and go and have hot sex in the jungle TAKE A WALK?"
*sigh*
Just totally Jate, just like the old days. Okay, Juliet was right actually, but I didn't really care because I knew Jack would survive either way and I was getting my Jate-fix.
Also, "You're bleeding."
"No, I'm just seperating." (well, I'm not sure that's how you write it, but you know what I mean) Yeah Jack, I guess if you're seperating that's GOOD! (not)
Loved the 'lying' part, it shows how much they've grown, how far they've come.
004. Miles and Sawyer and Jack and Kate and Aaron
Yeah. Miles was pretty funny when he came walking like that, like he was just picking flowers for his grandmother or something. Lolz. And then Sawyer handing Aaron to Kate, well now we know how she got him. It was prettty touching that scene, how Jack send Kate back (being protective, Jack?) and then Sawyer running after him "You don't get to die alone."
OMG! Finally, SOME JACK/SAWYER. I've been CRAVING Jack/Sawyer and YESSSS.
005. Press Conference
Now we know that they actually assume that it's really Kate's baby, that she was the one that gave birth. They must be really stupid to not check whether Kate was pregnant before she left. Well yeah, I guess with her being on the run nobody would have known, but still.
Also good to hear how Jin got that tombstone.
"Nice" to hear the whole story, even though it's one bag full of shit lies. Btw, they are pretty stupid to just assume that Aaron is only five weeks old. I mean, look at that kid. He looks like a baby of five MONTHS!
Sayid/Nadia. OTP. Good to see Sayid happy. Can't really ship him with anyone else but her.
006. Freighter/Island
Finally, Dan grew a pair of balls, even though it has to do with saving himself (and Charlotte), good to see that. (that better, mrs_weatherby?) ;)
I just want to know now how they got OFF the freighter and became the O6?
007. Sun

008. Hurley's party
I totally flipped when Kate (and Aaron) was there! :D IT was so great to see that, that they were happy and that they ALL were there.
Also, I guess Jack and Kate were sort of together (Kate: "Jack is late") there, but I can't be sure. So they were together, then Jack changed his mind, the trial came, he changed his mind again (for the better) and then he left again. My oh my, poor Kate. *holds her*
Btw, Hurley's parents are REALLY stupid aren't they? HAHAHAHA!

Great scene. It really was. I can't get over how so very touching it is to see them all sitting there, being FAMILY and being there for each other after having been through all of that.
Jack: Plz, mom, stop hitting on me.
011. Claire's mom
Wow. I forgot she was even alive. It took me a few minutes (YEAH!) to realise that it was her. I was like: ZOMG! Now Jack's gonna find out and he's gonna ditch Kate! I wonder if she knew that Claire was pregnant and if she somehow suspects that Aaron is Claire's baby? It's a long shot, but it's possible. Especially if she would ever happen to see Aaron when he's a little bit older.
012. C-4
Well hello explosives. I think Keamy can set them off with that thing on his arm. It scares me to know that, and it scares me to see everybody so close to that freakin' C4.

Also, I revise my previous thoughts about Keamy. He is not sexy, although his voice totally is.

What the fuck's up with this guy? Doesn't he ever die? Did the island give him the eternal life in return for its protection or WHAT? And why are they taking them, why don't they let them go? Please, don't hurt Kate. And where the hell are they bringing them???
