I sent it to the address you put on the piece of paper in the mail, and it's in a white package with blue sharpie marker on it.
Hmmm. I sent it about 3 weeks ago - like I said, it's in a white plastic-y package with blue sharpie on it. I am celebrating my 21st birthday today, so I am not in my apartment to find the receipt - I think I know where it is.. I'll keep you informed if I can locate it!
