. . . that if you use 2 tablespoons of baking soda instead of 2 teaspoons when making pumpkin bread, you'll end up with something that looks like

(a) The Blob?
(b) a science experiment?
(c) a burnt mess on the bottom of your oven?

I even thought "wow - 2 tablespoons EACH of baking powder and baking soda seems like a lot" and "gee, I don't remember this recipe foaming up in the bowl like this", yet it didn't occur to me that I'd made a mistake until the sizzling sound and burning smell reached me. XD

Is the part of the bread that survives edible? Not too salty? Chop it up and mix it with whipped cream.

Or make bread pudding!

I had planned bread pudding, as I said, but the surviving bread had a really weird mouthfeel - almost like it was a bit fizzy. So it ended up in the trash, I'm sorry to say.
