Something to Blog About by Shana Norris

Today's second book review is by the marvelous M, aged 13. I have to say that I've been unable to get the book back, as she read it and passed it along, so I've not yet read it. I do recall thinking, when I got it, that the cover is a tad misleading; it caused me to expect a graphic novel treatment. Could be just me, however. (Don't get me wrong - it's adorable, but it built a false expectation for me.) Here is M's review, just as she wrote it:

Something to Blog About is something to blog about. Right off the bat it got me hooked. Our main character Elizabeth (or Libby) is getting somewhat of a new hair-do: burnt hair. From the on it's funny and relateable. There was one laugh after another. Liby just can't stop making witty remarks and all of her friends, or frenemies, are so relateable. These characters are ones that you could definitely find in your school. The ending seemed a little rushed, but it all tied up nicely in the end and it was an excellent read. I loved it and it is . . . something to blog about.
