so, are all these banned books? because they deal with a time of the year when good ol' kid make-believe borders on a pagan tradition and witchcraft....

GOOD!

If I was rich, I'd give kids BOOKS for Trick or Treat!

I'm sure that they're banned in some schools, particularly the extremely conservative ones that don't allow Halloween. I'm right with you on the giving books thing. Perhaps someday . . .

I love BIG PUMPKIN! I've already got it horded away in my library because I was afraid someone would check it out when I need it for a read aloud.
