Tagging data
In addition to the wiki that we have created, we have the ability to add tags to further enhance the value of the dataset. Tags are a great feature that allows us to provide key descriptors to any dataset. Best of all, these tags are also searchable. After a dataset is tagged, when we do a search for a dataset, Dremio will also include those datasets that match the search string on its tag.
Let’s take a look at how this works. In your environment, type the following text in the “Add tag field” - remember to hit “Enter” after each tag, otherwise it will create one tag that includes several words in it.
· Employees
· Train Set
· Churn Analysis
· Joined dataset
If you make a mistake, simply delete the tag by clicking on the X next to it.
After you are done, your tag field should look like the following screen:
