solarseek (or soulseek for pc) is the best i've found. however, if you're behind a firewall you will need to perform some technical maneuvers otherwise it will not be butterscotch.

To do so you'll have to follow the instructions at:
http://portforward.com/routers.htm

It's kind of a pain, but it's well worth the effort.
