I've got the power
I tell you what, nothing makes you feel more like a bad ass when you're in a business suit, driving a stick shift in high heels, listening to Godsmack and going over 100mph. That was me today and it was freakin' rad!!! I remembered why I used to drive so fast all the time: it's way fun. You go so fast that the weights on your shoulders fly off; all you're worried about is getting to your destination alive. It's a great feeling . . . okay I was just exaggerating about the alive part.
In other news, life is has been so crazy!! I cannot even believe that tomorrow is my last day of class. I mean, I'm totally stoked, but I just can't believe it. It seems like just yesterday Crystal, Mike, Carla and I were watching the Aztecs trounce some no name team . . . and the fireworks. :) But here we are, the beginning of winter break and for the first time, I don't have the whole thing all planned out. I usually have plans to go to El Paso or go visit someone or something, but not this year. I'm just hanging out here, chilling with the San Diego homies, putting together T-shirt designs, planning a volleyball tournament, sewing some clothes, writing the DCON skit, and going to Go West. Well, when I put it that way I sound really busy, don't I? Good. I don't know what I'd do with myself if I didn't have stuff to do.
Oh, and I might get to go to a Milonga next Saturday!! Yey!
