Working Girl
So, Best Buy wasn't NEARLY as bad as I had anticipated. Turns out that I was working in the afternoon, after all of the campers had left. :) I got to do the cleaning up and maintenance, which wasn't so bad. There was also a truck to unload, with only FIVE of us there, but it was only a thousand pieces, so all was well. I got to work with some of my favorite people and we had a good time. Now I remember why I enjoyed working there in the back with the ugly people, we have a great time!!! (See, it's my theory that they put all the people with good looks and high IQs out front to do sales, and then all the ugly people with low IQs and offbeat personalities in the back away from the customers.) Long story short: I had a good time at work. :)
And that's all there really is to my life at the moment . . . still looking for a date to my sorority's date dance. It's next Friday at 6:45pm, anyone wanna go? It's 80s-themed! :) I'll figure something out. I have plenty of people I can ask, but not so many people that I WANT to ask . . . it's a bit of a dilemma. I'll just have to suck it up eventually and not be so picky I guess.
