Setting: Jack apartment, Kelly-Beth and Colleen are sitting around listening to 80's music and Kelly-Beth has her laptop.
Kelly-Beth: "God damn it.. i have 3 more essays to write tonight, all for a man who thinks my name is Mary-Beth"
Colleen: "Better get going on that Mary-Beth"
Kelly-Beth: "What do you think dope symbolizes?"
Colleen: "Fun".... "I'm forever yours.. Faithfully du nu nu nu nu nu nu du nu.."
Kelly-Beth hands the laptop to Colleen..
Kelly-Beth: "Here, you write this one... it's about a man who's closed minded, and blind to the world, and he encounters this blind man, a friend of his wife's, and by tying to explain to him what a cathedral looks like, he himself is enlightened. Oh, and he smokes dope, which i think is interesting character development.
Colleen- types furiously, and laughs to herself
Kelly-Beth - Sings along to the 80's while flipping through a book..
Collen- hands the laptop back to Kelly-Beth
Kelly-Beth looks down at the screen and sees

The womans husband was blind to the world because he perceived blind people as assholes. He hated blind people and used to trip them in the street. He even used to feed their seeing eye dogs chocolate because if they eat enough chocolate they will die. He like to smoke the herb, or the marijuana if you will. He would sit in his room and bake it and then would proceed to eat about 7 bags of potato chips.
I don’t remember how the story ended because this story inspired me to smoke marijuana, and I forgot that I was supposed to finish the story. In fact, I almost lit my book on fire with the lighter. But that doesn’t matter. I feel that the meaning of this story is to smoke every day…because what else is there in this world. Cocaine. That’s the next step.
