The way you make me feel
I'm really in some deep poopy with this whole end of the semester work. I am keeping up with it as best I can, so we'll see what happens. Things have been going well recently, other than the school work. I saw Kill Bill vol. 2 the other day on a pseudo-date with this guy. The movie was a good conclusion but I must admit that I like the first one better. After the movie we met up with some other people at USI's annual Springfest filled with fatty foods and unsafe carnival rides. Of course I had to test the limits of these death traps and went on a few of them, including the one being run by a guy rocking out to Godsmack and spinning the cars recklessly. It was pretty fun. They also invited the incredibly outdated and one hit wonder band The Verve Pipe to play at this thing which luckily I was too late for.
Today we had a "community builder" in the area outside my apartment where the RA's set up cheesy games and give out free stuff. There was a guy singing by himself and he was doing a pretty good job with a wide selection of music, and then he busted out Oaisis's Wonderwall and I almost lost it...really funny stuff, plus he was playing all by himself among all of the chaos. You have to love USI sometimes.
You should see what is on TV these days, guys. I watched a bit of a show called "I Want a Famous Face" today on MTV and this guy wanted to get plastic surgery to look like Jennifer Lopez. Boob implants, eyebrow raise, hairline moved down, and the works. It was insane...why do people do this? And let me tell you, he/she looked nothing like Ms. Lopez. Crazy!
Well this semester is over in a few weeks and I can get out of here for a while. I hope everyone else does well with finals and whatnot, make me proud. Later my pretties.
