Things are pretty busy here at USI. Preparing for finals and massive amounts of portfolio making is definitely take up a chunk of my time, but I'm not bitter...I just hate school with the fire of a thousand suns. I'm headed up to see the grand-folks this weekend for Easter, but will be making a brief appearance in Bloomington on thursday night, so if anyone wants to see me just let me know...if not I'll just be a loser. Just kidding, I rock. Anyway, I'll be there kind of late, but I'll be up for some shenanigans and goings-on.
Funny story...today I went to pick up some delicious Tumbleweed take-out with my good buddy Stevin and on the way there we were discussing how I am really not a fan of my last name and he loves his cause its Veit which apparently means "long" in German. Random conversation, I know, but entertaining nonetheless. Anyway, we go inside and of course Stevin feels it's necessary to make a scene. As I'm waiting for my food Stevin tells the assistant manager that my last name is Ferguson and says,"How do you feel about that? Does she look like a Ferguson?" My face turns bright red and the man is speechless because this is probably not something he cares about and wants to offer his opinion on. I tried to laugh it off but outside I gave him a good beating yelling,"WHY?!" a lot. Good times. It may not seem as funny as your reading this, but it was so LAUGH! This is also the guy who when we drove by a frat boy car wash rolls down his window and screams,"SHOW ME YOUR PENIS" while we're in my car with a USI sticker on the back so they know its me. What a psycho.
That is it for now I think. Back to homework and things that aren't fun...I hope everyone is doing well.
