Man, I haven't written in this thing in forever. I'm graduated and back in the Knobs. I decided that teaching wasn't for me (although I love the kids and working with them) and am now one of those people with a degree that they won't be using. I don't know, I still may get a job somewhere within the field but who knows. I've applied to a ton of places and am now playing the waiting game. Who's going to get to me first? I'll let you know. If getting hired doesn't go as planned I'm sure you'll see me on a street corner in Louisville selling pencils and bobble-head figurines. Just pass on by, its totally cool cause I'll probably smell bad and will most likely be talking to my invisible parrot "Petey".
