Last night turned out to be truck loads of fun! Meghan, Jennifer, Kelly, Shalu, Laura, Jeff, and I all went to Green Garden for dinner. Shal rolled up in her pimp Caddie because she just got her license, so congratulations to her. We all pigged out and then went to “The Pride of Lake County”. It was like a parade of cars there… and then Kelly drove across the lane and it was scary and we screamed (that doesn’t make sense if you weren’t there… but it was scary). Then we went to Shal’s, condensed five cars into one, and went joy riding around the Barrington area, looking at Kelly’s aunt and uncle’s old house… biggest house I have ever seen! We then made a stop at the McDonald’s… the Barrington, gold plated ceiling McDonald’s. Then we drove around some more, went back to Shal’s, watched some K3G, and that was that. A very pleasant way to spend a Saturday evening indeed.
Lately I have been psycho touchy for some reason. I don’t know why, and after the fact I feel bad/upset because I can’t take it back, I guess that just needed to be stated. I guess I was all pissy yesterday because before I had left to go to Green Garden my mother and I started talking about my dad and I got upset, which is dumb I know, so I left in an ill mood. I don’t think this paragraph makes sense, but oh well.
Today I didn’t really do much. I went to church, went driving around, got yelled at for speeding, finally got that North Face I have been wanting since Christmas, and cleaned. I did major cleaning today. First, my mom made me throw away all of my stuffed animals (even the ones they give you in the hospital! I told my mom she was heartless because she didn’t care about my first stuffed animal, she said she was not sentimental… touché). Well, all of them except Monkey-Bear, Juan Carlos, and Brownie. Throwing away Brownie would be like killing a family member. These stuffed animals weren’t really “thrown” away, but rather are going to Good Will. I guess this is good because I don’t play with stuffed animals anymore and at least someone else can. Then I had to go through papers and throw them away, give away clothes, and finally go through actual junk/toys/electronics and throw them away. Now I’m just wasting time, I don’t really want to work on my mountains of homework.
