RIP Sam McCarthy
Sammie was put to sleep sometime this morning between 11 am and 12 pm. His last meal consisted of his favorite treat, ice cream.
For those of you who may not know:
Sam was rescued from an abusive home roughly 6 years ago by my dad and myself. We adopted him and gave him the best life we have ever given to a dog. Sam was the "replacement" dog to Mac, the dog whom I had grown up with during my childhood.
I will always love my little mutt of a dog who (as Dad claims he got from me) had curly hair and loved to lay around.
I don't know when I will get another dog. My parents will not have one. Mom doesn't want another dog in her home. So whenever I move out of the dorms and have my own place will I be getting a dog.
Anyways.... just thought I'd let every one know that Sam is no longer suffering.
