good easter times
hallo to yow!!! easter weekend was lovely wasnt it folks? on friday went to rg's with ash and nic, we did the spirit challenge and had to have at least one measure of everything behind the bar. i accepted this as i am challenger connolly (miss ya challenger mc iver!!!) and got quite lashed up as i seem to never drink anymore. topped this off with a bottle of wine and a wee bift and we were ready for....AMOK. there was a good turnout for the band including hyder (yas) who tried to blank me as i am the loser(?) anywho, nic took loads of pics of the hunky line up.. some of a guitarist.. but mainly of a certain drummer (hummana hummana ;-) ) taught ashlie some lyrics to shout which we managed successfully as we proceeded to headbang to the best of our abilities. i think it was the ac/dc tshirt i was wearing that brought out the true headbanger in me. was great as i felt a bit dizzy afterwards! met greg's uncle who is so cute!! had chats with him and he charmed me and the ladies as he bought us a round. good times. left the gig and hoofed it to the flat to the metal chariot and got a lift home. nice. on saturday drove my car for the first time! its awesome but very fast so i stalled loads, i looked fly. boomed around queenslie industrial estate with peter and had a few larks. at one point peter grabbed onto that handly thingy above the mirror and curled up into the foetal postion, i think i frightened him with my vin diesel moves. HOLLA! greg picked me up and we got a chinese that took about 4days to cook, it got to a crisis point where i could remember my life before ordering said chinese. it was a bleak hour. went back to the flat, ate and watched life of david gale. so good. however it did make me have a dream where i was friends with kate winslet which was quite un-nerving... on sunday.. EGGS! got three,(coz i really need beefing up)a milky bar one, a mars delight one and an obscenely humungous malteser egg. im actually quite intimidated by it. had a lush turkey roast which greg joined us for as did granny rooney who was convinced greg was called fred. if i get any older than 75, be a pal, shoot me. watched monsters inc and i made those stupid girly noises all girls make when they watch boo. she is just too cute! 
once granny rooney was taken home.. greg brought out the poker set, with chips and a green mat and everything! i got excited.. but thoroughly confused also. we played and the most important thing is... I WON! ME! TWICE! ooh! there was bluffing, there was seeing, raising, chips! ooh it was so good. because of this boy i will ultimately become a gambler. ah wel!! on monday went to dings buffet in merchant city with sarah and dex. we ate till we couldnt move (like the good ol days) and then sarah gave me a much belated birthday present... A SIGNED BEN STILLER PHOTO!! i love it. me and sarah came back to mine and had good chats and watched the games (not my choice) also had a chat with greg where i told him that i used to fancy lumiere, the candelabra from beauty and the beast and dean cain... it was definately an overshare :-| today i didnt go to college as ive really hurt my neck and stuff, bad times. having driving tonight and the oc! woo hoo! i have no life!!
