Yes, I watch TV at night.
Or at least, I like to turn it on when I'm doing other things all night, like futzing around on the compy, or baking organic green tea cupcakes with buttercream frosting.
I'm really starting to hate adult swim. I know I keep complaining about them, but it really is getting worse, and I don't like it when one of my few meager rituals go down the drain. Like Saturday morning cartoons (but that left with innocence and so many other things), or Sizzler Sundays (that never actually happened, but it sounded like a good nostalgic follow-up). So, yeah, I used to be able to put it on and let it run, and most of the shows played on weeknights were fine and dandy: Futurama, Family Guy, etc. It's still ok, I suppose, but the little "bump" ads are getting less funny and more annoying. Very much more annoying. Their humour is base and stupid, and it's starting to irritate me. Their music choices are seriously going down the drain and let's not even go into the terrible programming they consider acceptable.
The last couple of ATHF episodes were terrible. Dickesode was entirely unacceptable.
When does new Futurama come out? I can't wait. I even find myself catching reruns of Married with Children. SHHH. I miss Leela!
