I'm so fed up with all the racist jokes I've been hearing, specifically those regarding our new president. They're flying around work, I get them in texts, my parents are telling them, friends/family are emailing them to me. It's endless!! has nothing to do with the desert, i'm in Cleveland, Ohio and it's just as bad, and i don't only get them from one person, i get them over and over from everyone in my phone book, and it's just irritating.

i am not typically so emotional regarding racism, but i'm so tired of this after the 900th terrible joke i heard out of my brothers mouth i had to leave the house with tears, im just so frustrated.

exactly! i'm not usually emotional or sensitive to it either, but after 50 of the same jokes over and over it just get bothersome. PLUS half the time i feel so torn, because a joke that i would have laughed at 5 months ago i now take differently because of the relationship i'm in. i feel weird if i laugh a racial joke, like i'm not being loyal to vince. is that dumb?? i just wish everyone would stop already, it's frustrating and not funny anymore.

i don't think it's dumb... especially if you don't laugh at jokes pointed at other minorities either. :)

I laugh at Filipino jokes all the time, but I'm allowed to cause they're my people. Hahaha!
