some things in this world, yeah, they don't make sense....

She calls me from the cold
Just when I was low, feeling short of stable
And all that she intends
And all she keeps inside isn't on the label
She says she's ashamed
Can she take me for awhile
Can I be a friend, we'll forget the past
Or maybe I'm not able
And I break at the bend

We're here and now, will ever be again
'Cause I have found
All that shimmers in this world is sure to fade
Away again

She dreams a champagne dream
Strawberry suprise, pink linen on white paper
Lavender and cream
Fields of butterflies, reality escapes her
She says that love is for fools that fall behind,
And I'm somewhere between
Never really know
A killer from a savior
'Til I break at the bend

We're here and now, will ever be again
'Cause I have found
All that shimmers in this world is sure to fade
Away again

It's to far away for me to hold
To far away....
It's to far away for me to hold
To far away....

It's to far away for me to hold
To far away....
It's to far away for me to hold
To far away....
It's to far away for me to hold
To far away....

It's to far away for me to hold
To far away....

Guess I'll let it go....

That song honestly describes how fucking terrible I feel right now. I sign on and get like a million IMs from my friends like, "Oh my God...I can not believe that just happened...." And I'm like, "I fucking know. I'm trying to forget."

Tampa Bay is so damn good. Lecavalier's goal made me want to strangle our defenseman Brian Rafalski because he left him all alone. He knew it, too. On the replay, you could see the "oh shit" expression on his face.

Mishey, I'm glad you must be pretty happy with your team right now :) I mean, I'm not going to lie, I wanted the Devils to win, obviously, but your team is really good and you're lucky to be watching such an awesome season of theirs.

Dave Andreychuk scored the winning goal. I actually have a liking for him just because he was a former devil but never got his name on the Stanley Cup. Maybe he will sooner or later.

The worst part of all: Brian Gionta took a puck to the face and had to get stitches and couldn't play the rest of the game ::cries::. HIS FACE!!

9.6 seconds. Holy shit. It doesn't hurt that they lost. They lose all the time and I don't care that much. It hurts that they were so close and blew it. God, what a game, though. I was seriously SHAKING through the whole thing and my palms were sweaty and my heart was racing. It's a game you want to win. And...ugh even though we got a point it feels like we got -100000 points.

Now I'm going to sit in my room and mope and be immature and annoying for the rest of the night and read The Great Gatsby. I have track at 10 tomorrow.
