Yay! Souk was a success!!!
Well, I sold a ton of stuff and covered all my costs. I had $177.50 though after deducting costs the profit was about a hundred because the booth cost me $40. I gave half the profits to my mom like I promised her I'd do since I was a kid, and the other half goes into a new piggy bank I'm starting... The recovered costs goes back in my bank account. Money counting stresses me out. >.>
I was there from morning 11am to about 7pm, and me and my friend ate before than at 10am but didn't go for lunch... Long story short, me and my friend went to this local artist's gallery and saw his art, had dinner and chit chat. So I just got home at around 11.20.
I'm half dead, but I need to go take a shower. Urgh.
I met a lot of AWESOME people there, writers and artists, etc... So it was really fun. I'm just too dead to write more now. I'll upload the pics I took tomorrow and a more in depth account of the whole event...
