Busy... It's a novel feeling.

 So, I've been busy lately.

Today, I was supposed to go for some coloring class, but was up really late baking meringues and flans yesterday, I completely overslept the whole class. I thought it was in the afternoon, checked the time and it turned out to be at 10 am. The heck. :(

Yesterday, I finally went to sign up for my full time course, on the last day of registrations I might add. What can I say, I like to procrastinate.

I also went looking for Love attack vol. 4, which sadly, was out of stock in one shop and not yet arrived in another. Kinokuniya didn't have it. :( Boo. Now I've got to wait one week for the stock to arrive... I have bought vol. 5 from the shop which was out of stock, I'm debating whether to read it first or wait for vol. 4 first. Sigh...

I bought some beads, a silver polishing cloth... I've got a necklace design in mind but I need to buy ribbons for it... Spotlight here I come.

Went to ikea to get my desert equipment and wound up buying 3 stuff toys as well. So adorable! They were only $1.80 each though, so... They are little toy mice and I'm thinking of sewing them onto bags as a project. If it comes out nice enough, I'll just out 'em out for sale on my beadsigns livejournal account.

I went through a dessert making obsession, which I shall put in a separate post... There is too much to say! :) Fun fun fun!!!

Wednesday, I went to the library to look for books on marine ecology, biology, etc. And was shocked to realize the library's selection was pitifully inadequate. What books I could find were mostly about the pictures more than anything. I managed to find three rather thin but okay content wise books and lugged them home... (I hate hardcover books...)

Body shop... I bought a 100 ml tea tree mask to reduce oil on my face... It worked surprisingly well. I also bought a sugaring roll on hair removal which, did NOT work... I tried every way possible and the only result was the wastage of a fifth of the bottle. I got so pissed I sent off a complaint/plea for instructions  to the body shop email. Can you believe the bottle said do not use until the instructions have been read... AND THERE WERE NO INSTRUCTIONS ON THE BOTTTLE AT ALL!? I doubt they'll bother responding though, it's already been a couple of days. Grrr.

I still can't believe I missed the class. My classmate will KILL me.

shopping, bleh
