okay here's the update
so it's the day before classes start after spring break and instead of doing homework, i'm sitting here updating this thing. awesome, huh? so it's been way too long for me to update on *everything*, so let's just go for spring break. i think i can do that. first couple days were not too exciting, but nice and relaxing, mostly hanging out with cool people like joann and john and casey. then monday night john and i took our random road trip to new jersey... john's reason being to go to white castle (thanks to caren's idea after seeing that movie, and she didn't even go!) and my reason of course to see dave ;0) twas fun fun. we stayed in springfield, new jersey (how ironic... going to springfield to get out of springfield). it snowed like mad on tuesday, but cleared up enough so we could come back. then on thursday jenn and dave came to visit me :0) (a different dave for those of you who are unfamiliar with my cast of characters... this one's jenn's boyfriend, not mine). thursday night we were going to go to chipotle, but it was closed b/c we got a late start, so we went to uno's instead.
we went to pentagon city mall on friday for like 7 hours. it was crazy! jenn and i tried on this amazing vera wang dress at nordstrom's. it was a $760 dress, and i was afraid i was going to break it. haha.
then we went to play with makeup and this cool girl told us that they were having tons of makeup artists come in the next day to do makeovers for people. so we made our appointments of course haha. friday night we went bowling with joann (my awesome bowling buddy) and andy, and then ended up at wendy's with john and casey.
got up again saturday and went over to pentagon city for our makeovers. the guy who did jenn's was really cool... my girl was not as nice, but she still did a good job.
they left when we got back and i took a long nap before heading over to casey's to hang out with some crazy kids my last night in springfield. and this morning i woke up and drove here. i guess that's about it. that was pretty long. oh well. now i need to get some work done (and eventually take my car back to the cage!) adios!
