Just thought I'd let y'all know, in case you don't already:
This is my last week in Kalamazoo. I'm moving back in with Anni. My last day of work here is this Sunday, I'm going out on Sunday night to say goodbye to everyone, moving the last of my stuff home on Monday, and I start work at Old Boys' on Tuesday.
I've been needing to get out of here for a while, and after an almost mental breakdown over St. Patty's Day weekend, I decided to do it now. I put in my 2 weeks notice, called Anni, called my dad, and got most of my stuff moved already.
And then when my tires were slashed last night, I almost just said "fuck it" to my job and left. But I'm sticking out the rest of the week. Barely.
So, thank you to all of you who have made my time in Kalamazoo worth while. I had fun. I really did. But I just need to not be here anymore. Please understand.
Hopefully, I will be able to see everyone before I go back.
And if not, I suppose I'll just talk to you later....
