Hee! That depends on if it's an emotionally satisfying show though - I only tend to feel the need to write if I'm not getting enough emotional payoff from the show. I absolutely LOVE Justified but have never felt compelled to write anything because it's emotionally satisfying (sometimes overly so - so TENSE RIGHT NOW LEADING UP TO FINALE) and from all reports Daredevil is a show with smart writing and well-drawn characters! :D
Well at least no one died, other than poor Sam Elliot. And his daughter was super cute. In my head canon she grows up to be a Marshal just like her daddy.
Yes. I was happy with the 4 years later ending and that last scene was amazing... but I kinda feel like it was a little tacked on, like the writers had always meant for Winona and Raylan to be endgame and so they brought her back to do just that (why would you bother, why not just leave Raylan going out there to be with his daughter without doing the whole "I'm in this with you, I know you, I know what I'm getting into") if you're then going to scooby wave it away - Winona has a new hubby, Raylan's alone again. It kinda felt like - someone was writing the series and then another person was brought in to do the 4 years later bit and they were like, ugh, Raylan/Winona isn't my OTP, I'm going to just get rid of that whole idea.
LOL it was odd for her to already be taking up with another guy, after expressing willingness to give the relationship with Raylan another try. They could have left the new boyfriend/husband out of it entirely, just had the two of them doing a trade off at the park.
I know right? It was such an unnecessary thing to kind of tack on. If they'd gone to the trouble of bringing her back and declaring that she was there for Raylan and understood him now, why do that unless they really wanted to make her look fickle. That was the only part that annoyed me. I don't know whether it was to illustrate Raylan was at peace even if Winona bailed on him again or what but it just didn't feel right.

Agreed that Justified is pretty much perfect and doesn't need fanfic to fill in blanks that aren't really there. Gonna miss it, that's for sure.
