FL

There are things I didn't realize I missed. Like having a window in the shower, having my own computer and Tijuana Flats.
And there are definitely things that I knew I missed and am happy to be back to, like my tortoises, dvr, ac and privacy and equipment to exercise at home.
What I miss about Cape Cod is the beach and the seasons and Baily (the family Border Collie, for those of you unfortunate enough not to know her).

People too, of course... That's always the hardest part about having two homes. There are always family and friends that are too far away, no matter what. That's part of life for almost everyone, but that doesn't make it easier.

So yes, I am back in Florida after spending most of this year in Massachusetts.
Last week I went to the doctor (despite my lack of insurance and money). Overall I was not pleased with the visit, but blood was taken and hopefully the results will explain why I feel the way I do. If not, I don't know, I'll have to cross that bridge when I come to it.

My best friend Wedgie decided to move to another town while I was gone, so I no longer get to see her on a regular basis. Luckily this past weekend was Missy's birthday (Missy is her little sister) so she came into town and I got to hang out with my Mason and also Missy's daughter Hayley (pictures of both can be found in old entries and perhaps future entries as well).
Saturday I finally saw Wall-E (with Missy, Hayley and Analyn) and it was adorable.
Friday night I saw The Dark Knight (with Missy, my brother Sope and their friend) and it was everything I expected, which is to say it was awesome. I don't really feel the need to further elaborate.

In other news, I have a Wii now. So that's pretty cool, right?
