(no subject)
Not much to talk about lately.
Work is work. Still working a lot of hours for what seems to be no reason, other than we're short handed...but yet, still make no money (unless we cater for 5000 ppl). We are going to put an ad in the paper to hire a supervisor to help us out front (cafe) and help me a little with bookwork and small caterings. I just don't have time to put the ad out. LOL Funny how that works. I have to work tonight...party at the Tour Center. I keep my eye out for new jobs (not looking hard but I get a monsterjobs.com email every day) and just have no idea what I'd apply for.
I can actually talk about Gizmo without crying now (well, for the most part). I didn't realize how hard I would take it. I miss that little guy even though he basically slept all day and did nothing. LOL I still have Tiki chirping in the background, letting me know he's around. LOL Damn bird.
Justin did his thing in Vegas last week....wished I was there, again. I said last year that I was going to go this year, but that didn't happen.
I am meeting my "Nashville" girls (I met them at Steve Burton's event in Nashville a couple years ago) in Nashville in mid-November. That should be fun. Steve's going to be in San Antonio in December. I'd love to go to that...never been to San Antonio. I just don't think I can swing it. I mean, I can...but then my credit card bill would be over $2000. LOL I'm doing my best to get that sucker down.
GH - I can't wait to find out what's going to happen sweeps. We know Claudia is leaving. LOL Not sure how. I've read different things. Once in awhile I read things like JaSam will be over by such and such date and Liason is where they're going then I read that they will never revisit Liason again. So, who knows. I just figure it will happen when it happens. I just hope they haven't lost too many viewers by then. I do have to say, though....whenever I read the rumors that Becky has been let go or they're killing Elizabeth off...my first reaction is that I won't watch the show anymore. I guess that makes me what they call an ElizabethFF. I actually don't mind her with Nikolas....but I really just want her with Jason. I still can't stand Jason and Sam, though. She irks me and I have to FF through her. LOL Jason looks like a horny teenager around her, it's ridiculous.
