Since I did it before, I've resolved to do it again--swim, that is. Three days a week. So far, so good. I've swum laps for 30+ minutes three times since New Years. I had lost the weight, then blowing my shoulder made it hard to swim . . . then the hernia/ abdomen surgery, then the shoulder surgery, then the total knee replacement. I'm finally well enough to swim again . . . but i have to lose it all over again too. but I'm not concentrating on the weight. Just swimming and feeling better.
