Been runnin'...

Hey everyone! I've been running a lot. I went hiking on Sunday for 5 miles. Definitely did some work to my hamstrings. All of my muscles have tightened up and they hurt a little bit. Yesterday, I ran 5 miles with the Nike Club. It was a hard run for me. I ran harder than I should have. I think I hurt my legs even more. But none-the-less, I did 5 miles in exactly one hour. Everytime I do a Nike run, I get free Dri-Fit socks, which is awesome!!

Last night, I had a hard time sleeping. My legs were actually moving in my sleep. They were going up and down, and it actually woke me up a few times. I think I was running in my sleep. My muscles were so tense that I think my body was trying to keep them moving to prevent them from hurting worse. I had to get up in the middle of the night and stretch. I had a nutrigrain bar at 3am too... My body is just struggling to keep up with me I think.

This morning, I got up at 5:30am and ran with my friend Alex. We ran for 30 minutes, a light 3 mile jog. Just enough to stretch things out a little bit.
