I had a great week so far. On Monday, since I had the day off and it
was beautiful, i went for 4.5 miles. I'm still using the Jeff Galloway
method: run 4 minutes, walk 1, run 4, walk 1... It seems to be working
for me. Yesterday, I ran at Balboa Park.. a 3 mile loop. Around mile 2,
I slipped on some sand, and went flying across the ground. Even though
my knees, hands and elbows were bleeding... i got up and finished the
course. Now there's a runner! As they say, blood, sweat and
tears, right? Here is a picture of my little injury! (Oh, and check out
my new running clothes! so hott!)
