Okay so I'm apparently a huge wuss. I admit.
It was SO COLD out at work tonight. I froze. It was fine until that stupid wind kicked in. At 9:15, alobar said it was 39. It was basically still then. The humidity is a bit up from last night, and so feels colder, especially when those 15mph gusts started. Where the fuck did those come from?!?
In five minutes, I was shivering uncontrollably, my back siezed up, my toes were throbbing painfully and threatening to leap off and into someplace warm, and I was right on the verge of a full-throttle Fibro attack.
I had a hissy.
You don't even want to know how badly I was bitching.I couldn't even pack up my crap, my fingers were so frozen up. Every two minutes a gust of wind would attack me, sending me running away from it; but there was no "away from it".
It was freaking pathetic.
I'm much better now. In a heated room, a huge cup of screwdriver in front of me...and my beloved Internet.
Now I am free to go whine about other things. ;}~
