i am liking the new position that i am working. the computer functions and stuff are confusing, i'm getting it though. brittany is letting me check people in who are paying in cash and i am checking people out. i also learned how to code the motel keys and open and close shifts. all the cleaning and breakfast area work i already knew from being there in housekeeping for 4 months. i think that i will mostly be working evening shift whenever i am done with training. thank god. evenings are less busy and you don't have to wake up so freaking early. this 7-3 stuff is killing me... especially since i have a 45 minute drive there.
i need to get a new battery for my car over my two day break. i had to sit in traffic today and it made my battery weak. it would only sputter when i stopped at the bank on my way home. good thing i ran into nicold faller and her mother... they gave me a boost.
i am becoming addicted to "one life to live". we've been watching it at work when it isn't busy. i'm totally sucked in.
