Cold Feet
So today was a pretty good day...I stayed at my Aunts house last night
and had a movie night with her, came home slept for about two more
hours after having breakfast with my Dad, went to the mall with Dan,
spent some gift card money, came home, ate really bad chicken
wings...thanks Dad...went to babysit my cousins (so cute) and then hung
out with Laur and Dan at Adams with Dan Purdy, Matt Grant, and Craig.
Adams parents came home unexpectedly, so we went outside and made a
fire using Adam's plastic lawn furniture, but it blazed up pretty well.
I had a lot of fun, but unfortunately I have to work tomorrow and so
does Laur so we had to cut it a little short, plus my feet were like
ice blocks.
So yeah, it was definitely a good day. Had a lotta fun. I'm hoping that I can get off work early tomorrow to go over to school and meet my advisor and get my books. It would be nice to get that all out of the way. After that I plan on making a nice little meal for my family, Laur, Ang and Dan. It should be fun. Then maybe we'll all go out and play some beer pong? Sounds good to me.
I'm really sad that Laur and Ang are going back to school soon. I've had so much fun with them this break. It's nice that I don't have to work as much anymore, and I get to spend a little more time with everyone. I'm really going to miss them, especially Lauren because she's just hysterical. I guess I'll go off to bed now and be all snuggly since I'm tired, I'll let you all know how my dinner goes tomorrow...it should be interesting :-) Night Night!
*If you can't laugh at yourself, life is going to seem a whole lot longer than you'd like. I'm not saying I don't cry, but in between, I laugh. I realized how silly it is to take anything too seriously.*
