Okay - here I am trying to figure out how to transfer stuff from my old computer to the new notebook. Fun. No, it's okay to be jealous of this type of fun - only the truly retarded can take all day networking when it would be far faster to dump the word documents onto a jump drive . . .
Anyways, anyone who knows my luck with customer service has heard the Dell story. But UPS picked up the 'extra' laptop they sent me and I only have to wait ONE MONTH for them to back the charges off of my credit card. If only everyones customer service was so good. But "Julie" in India was very nice, I do have to admit.
