Roof woes
I need a new roof. My current roof is 15 years old and is peeling up from the wicked winter we had this past season. I have a water stain on the ceiling of my DS's room, so that is further proof that I need a roof.
I don't know anything about roofs. I know about my lawn, my garden. I can even make a new window screen when I am so inclined. So my neighbor and I get quotes for a roofer. I didn't realize that there are quite so many different types of roofs to be had.
I think I need to move into a Condominium.
