I must not eat fattening foods

Holy shit. Ok this is just so that I know what I did this end of week with regard to copious food and beverage consumption, so that I can make better choices in the next few days about eating:

Wednesday
-Chocolate covered Krispy Kreme
-Green tea
-Cripsy chicken sandwich from BK
-Wild Cherry Pepsi
-Three slices of Papa John's pizza (pepperoni, sausage and extra cheese)
-Crusts dipped in garlic sauce
-Diet Mountain Dew

Thursday
-Mountain Dew
-Hot dog w/ketchup
-Two cheese burgers (grilled outside, cus that somehow makes it better)
-Six or seven beers
-Various drunken snacks (chips, hot dog buns, etc.)

Friday
-Whopper with cheese from BK
-Chick-fil-a fries
-Unsweetened tea
-Two slices of Chanello's pizza (cheese)
-Pepsi
-Three Bud Lights
-5 shots of Bacardi, the Captain.
-Pokey sticks
-Sprite Zero

Saturday
-Hot dog with Ketchup
-Diet Coke (little cup thing)
-Two regular Cokes (little cup thing)
-Crackers and cheese
-Two chili dogs w/ketchup
-Stuffed shells from P&P
-Bread roll from P&P w/butter
-Unsweetened tea

Fuck. I need to like go into hibernation after all this food.
