Elton John reactions soon. Too tired to write them up just now. But the concert was awesometastic. And it meant a lot to me.
Tonight I got to see a marching band competition for the first time. It was a lot of fun. It also made me acutely aware of how small my high school's marching band was. One band looked really small, but when I counted, it still had about a hundred members. We had around... thirty. I wonder how we managed to make any drill formations at all!
Gah. Stupid upstairs neighbor. Now is not the night for sex above my ceiling. Knock it off.
I think it's time for a hot bath. I haven't taken a bath in maybe a year.
Oh, ha, ha. I *shower.* Because unlike many of the customers at the store I work for, I'm a staunch believer in hygiene. It's just usually *hasty* hygiene, because I'm also a staunch believer in not getting out of bed before I absolutely have to. Which is an outgrowth of being a staunch believer in not going to bed on time. I *could* be a morning person, if I'd only get enough sleep... which hasn't happened since junior year of high school.
Or else my nocturnal ways are further proof of my vampirism. Take your pick. I'm off to bathe.
