(no subject)
Before I even had the chance to get someone to cover my shift tomorrow, I was informed my assistance will be needed in the morning because the remodel contractors are working on the studio tonight. This means I'll have a huge mess to clean up at 8 am. Nice.
Today as I saw my new hair color in natural light for the first time I thought to myself "it's really not that bad....it's just alittle lighter than my usual red, no biggie." I was pretty convinced too. That is until I was talking to Jen and she would look at my head, look back at my face, then my head and back at me until she finally asked, puzzled, "did you dye your hair? it looks.....brighter (?) than usual."
As discouraging as this was, brighter does sound better than blonder....or oranger, which would be a more accurate description.
Time for water and then, sleep.
