Linkin Park
I got really excited about 15 minutes before me and Jor arrved at the CCP kanina. We were gonna check out Linkin Park. A bit of luck really with the tickets... since we were all set to watch in the bleachers! It turns out, all of us were somehow given nice tickets up in front. I watched their VCD with the guys a couple of days back and they sounded really good. I guess a part of me wanted to check out if they sounded that great live. We arrived there just in time so we went straight ahead to the front. Oh, before I forget, to those that decided not to put chairs at the venue... THANK YOU! I really hated those things when I watched the Incubus concert. They took out all the fun and movement of the gig and people were just standing on them anyway. The gig itself was sweet! Linkin Park sounded amazing live. The whole band sound was heavy yet not deafening. You would think that there were 2 or 3 guitars, with the sound that the came out from the guitarist. The two vocalists were flowing and the whole band was really tight. The crowd was wild as well the whole time. I saw this girl flash the crowd for about 3 or 4 seconds, until she was let down and people were jumping and singing. Tight gig!
